COVID 19 coronavirus, a deadly respiratory virus, is an inevitable global pandemic that requires social distancing of 6 feet away from other human beings, avoiding all crowds and groups of people. Texas prisons do not provide adequate protection for prisoners from the COVID 19 virus, as guaranteed by the Eight Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
