What it was like for me during the shutdown. I was so thankful every day that I live on 2 and 1/2 acres of land. I saw on the news how some families were stuck in tiny apartments and could not get the kids out into fresh air and sunshine. I spent lots of time outside and that helped me cope better with the lockdown. I did lots of baking of cookies and brownies because I bake when I get frustrated. I gain a few pounds but I was able to get back to my better weight a few months ago. My Grandchildren loved me baking so often. I also had to take food up to my Mother because she was afraid to go to the store to shop. I took her for drives along the beach to cheer her up.
