抑郁症复发了，因为在家隔离不与人接触。一开始是轻微的晚上晚睡，焦躁不安，后来变成了觉得生活没有希望开始，非常焦躁，所有的考试都推迟了，可是还得保持学习，却没办法集中精力，压力很大。最近失眠非常严重，每天白天才能睡着，但昨天开始吃药调整了，希望一切都好起来。
